How it works

Precautions
Avoid use on areas recently treated with injectables; consult your practitioner for timing.
Do not use on mucous membranes, nipples, the spine, eyeballs and sockets, ears, genitals, open wounds, recent scars, suspicious moles (without medical advice), or areas of pain, redness, infection, inflammation or acute dermatitis.
Contraindications
Include epilepsy, blood-clotting disorders, certain heart conditions, phlebitis/varicose veins or recent vein surgery (within two months), fever, progressive serious illness, and prolonged use of certain medications (anti-inflammatories, anticoagulants, antibiotics, antihistamines) without medical clearance.
- If pregnant, avoid the abdomen and lower back (first trimester is specifically noted for related programmes).
- Stop use and consult a doctor if unexplained calf pain or any adverse reaction occurs.
- Not for children under 7 years.
- Close supervision required for older children or persons with reduced capacity.
